Our Shipping Policy is based on our desire to serve our customers across the globe with fast, efficient and hassle-free deliveries, subject to local conditions and circumstances which may arise from time to time.

Where are your packages shipped from?

Our headquarters is in the United Kingdom. However to better serve our customers across the world, we have various fulfillment centers globally

Do you ship packages internationally?

 We ship internationally however, we do not ship to certain destinations for logistical reasons. Based on circumstances, we may not also ship to areas where there are natural or man-made calamities or tenuous situations.

How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. For most of our products, we use track-able shipping services like DHL, USPS, ePacket and the most reliable / fastest available service, depending on your location. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way, on our website.

Due to COVID-19, orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. However, for specially made products please allow 5-7 days of production time to ship as care is taken to make your product perfect.

After Covid-19 it will be our endeavor to ship our regular products within 2-3 business days, unless it's specially made.

We do not assume responsibility for delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

We are also not responsible for wrong addresses being given at time of the Order or Lost/Stolen packages.   

How will I know my order has been shipped?

A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to the email address given on your order, once the order has been dispatched. 

How long will it take for my order to be received?

Delivery/average shipping times depends on your location and shipping method. Some items are shipped from our global warehouses. Orders may take between 4-8 business days from the day of dispatch to reach you within the US and 2-3 weeks outside the US. The tracking number emailed to you, will help you track your product. Alternatively, you can also visit our Track My Order page on our website to view the delivery status of your product.

What happens if I have ordered separate items?

While it is convenient to receive all products ordered together – and we endeavour to this end - we do reserve the right to avail of best shipping economics, by shipping your orders  from our different fulfillment centers. This means your order may be packaged or sent in separate parcels, via different couriers. These separate deliveries may have different tracking numbers or arrive on different days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at contact@osenoir.com.

What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?

 “In-transit” means that we have dispatched the goods, and that they are enroute to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local delivery person will pick them up for further action.

What does “No Events Found” mean for Post tracking?

You need not be alarmed by this, should you come across this in your Track My Order page. Kindly wait until your product gets to the destination post office or postal center near the delivery point.

Shipping Fees & Rates
Our rates are inclusive of Shipping Fees & Rates. We reserve the right to withhold these rates and apply them if and when a product is returned, against the refund amount AS ABOVE
