Return & Refund Policy


What items are returnable?

All our products, with the exception of Face Masks, Free Gifts or items under our Promotions are returnable, within 21 days of them being received by you.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must be unworn, unused and unwashed
  • They must be accompanied with the original packaging, preferably

Kindly note that some of our asymmetrical patterns may have different placement than what is pictured on our website. This is intentional and constitutes what gives our clothing it's unique one- of- a-kind appearance. Returns of such products are not possible.

What happens if I have received an order incorrectly?

If you were sent incorrect items or items are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service team at within 72 hours, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receipt of your order at When contacting Customer Service, please include photographic/video evidence of the defective item. 

How do I return my product?                                           

Please click on the return center and enter the following details.

  • Enter your order number and email address and click Send
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • When returning your product, kindly ensure you write your order# on the envelope/wrapper of the product being returned 

Are there any charges for returning the product?

  • You are required to bear the shipping charges for returning the product. 

How are my return and refund processed?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and our approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return has been accepted and your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 working days. A credit will be given against the original method of payment made when placing the order.

Should your return not be accepted, due to its unacceptability, we will intimate you by email accordingly, and ship the product to your address at our cost.


At Osenoir, we are committed to serving our customers. We take pride in what we offer and your satisfaction and feedback are very important to our evolution. As a general rule, we do not anticipate you returning our product. In the unlikely event however, that you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to address your grievance.

However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

As a general rule, if your returns comply with the Returns Policy requirements, you are entitled for a Refund.   

Hassle-Free Returns

Once it has been agreed that you can return your item, all we need you to do is fill out the Return Your Product form by clicking on the return center. Please take care to attach a copy of the original receipt and circle the items you are returning and email it to Customer Service at We’ll take it from there!

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products availed against Gift Cards or Loyalty / Referral Awards
  • Discounted items
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization including print-on-demand items, unless they are found to be defective
  • No refund policy on free plus shipping items. As the products are free and we cannot refund shipping. If products are received damaged or defective, please follow the rules for defective or damaged goods

What are the refund options?

All refunds are credited to the original method of payment effected on placing the order. Hence if you purchased a product using a Credit Card, you will receive your refund in your Credit Card account.

You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return request being approved.
